• The source of the myth that discomfort must accompany normal birthing.

• Learn the way the uterus functions and how fear can interfere with the way the two sets of muscles work.

• Techniques to breath your baby down rather than the heavy pushing that can cause damage to the perineum.

• You will learn how to instantly take yourself into deep hypnotic relaxation during surges.  Hands-on rehearsal will help you gain confidence.

• Fathers will learn comfort techniques as well as ways to help mothers achieve deep relaxation.  A wonderful bonding occurs as both work together to achieve the birth you desire.
